Raspberry ‘Golden Everest’ is an unusual and attractive yellow-fruiting raspberry valued for its distinctive colour and sweet flavour. It produces golden berries that stand out clearly among traditional red raspberry varieties while offering excellent eating quality.

This variety produces medium to large golden-yellow raspberries with a sweet, aromatic flavour. The fruit is excellent for fresh eating as well as desserts, jams, and preserves. Harvest typically takes place from late summer into autumn, often from August through September depending on seasonal conditions.

‘Golden Everest’ grows as an upright raspberry shrub forming a clump of vigorous fruiting canes. Mature plants typically reach between 1.2 and 1.5 metres in height. Like most raspberries, light support such as posts or wires can help keep the canes organised and make harvesting easier.

For best results, plant in full sun to light shade in fertile, moist but well-drained soil. Raspberries benefit from consistent moisture and good air circulation, while avoiding waterlogged conditions.

This variety is self-fertile and produces fruit reliably without requiring another raspberry plant nearby. Bees and other pollinators can further improve fruit set and yield.
